“Very clean”

“The room was really nice and clean .. staff helpful and professional”

“The room was clean and the staff was very pleasant, but the breakfast was a $14.00 charge and definitely not worth it. The pancakes were cold, the sausage was dry, and the scrambled eggs tasted watery. Overall, it was a very mediocre breakfast for the price, so I wouldn't recommend it unless you have to.”

“This hotel is a tad bit dated but it is excellently maintained. The common spaces were clean, the halls were clean, and most importantly, our room was clean. When I checked in the whole system was down, but the receptionist maintained her composure and did the best she could. In the morning when I came down for breakfast, she was so kind and friendly. Breakfast hot selections were standard, but the oatmeal bar was great!”

“Fint hotel med bra läge. Personalen var dock väldigt ung, oerfaren och direkt svag i service. Fick fråga om handdukar och lakan, när jag skulle checka ut ville ingen hjälpa mig. Receptionisten var upptagen av sin telefon.”

“Det enda som gick att anmärka som lite negativt var duschen som det var dåligt flöde på ”

“The breakfast was pretty sparse and cold use an update. The pool area is good and a great place for kids.”

“Great hotel for a family stay, close to the mall and the Cynthia Woods Pavilion.”

“Front desk person was just blah on check-in. Property exterior could use some help. Room was clean, linens smelled good, pillows were nice. Mattress was firm. We checked in very late and kind of felt like we were inconvenient by being so late. Property is a bit noisy being right on the feeder of I-45, but not unreasonably so.”

“Everything about this place is deceptive. This motel use to be a Super 8 it’s name is Shilo Inns. The bathroom had mold on the walls. Seen a couple of roaches in the early morning hours. No refrigerator in the room. Property looks sketchy and deserted upon arrival, a lot of foot traffic throughout the night. My husband and I only had an overnight stay, if it would have been anything more I would’ve canceled the rest of the stay.”

“Do not stay at this motel manager is very rude. The few times that I stay at this motel they have no water and they they not have no hot water. They did not want to reimburse my money so I had to find another motels to stay. I do not recommend you staying at this motel. The manager is very rude. Not a very respectful person.”

“The room was absolutely huge and wonderful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful with a nice pool and a small pond that attracted a Blue Heron. We really enjoyed our short stay and would definitely recommend this BnB for getaways, or weddings, or special occaisions. It was close to the Texas Renn Faire which was why we chose it. Thank you for a lovely stay!”

“Really unique stay perfectly situated to enjoy all the charm of Old Town Spring.”

“Charming is the first word I would use to describe this B&B.”
