Hotell nära Marketplace Mall

“Super clean, great amenities in the room and a decent breakfast with free parking, helpful staff and good location for Henrietta, Rochester and some of the finger lakes area. Highly recommended.”

“Städerskan frågade om det "behövdes" bäddas i sängen....? Frukosten spartansk med Europeiska mått - plastbestick - papptallrikar - svagt urval. Man bygger om och det var lerigt och skitigt runt om vilket drogs med in i hotellet. Stod containers på baksidan och såg allmänt byggarbetsplatslikt. Svårt att förstå att man tar så mycket betalt när man är i ett sådant skede. Finns inget att göra i hotellet. Saknas restaurang, bar och någon typ av "aktivitet".”

“Good stay”

“Simply not up to Courtyard standard...”

“Bra hotell som fungerade för oss som är en familj på 5 personer. Ligger nära motorväg, enkelt att köra av till. Stort utbud av resturanger på samma gata. Frukost lite klen, men ok”

“The staff was extremely friendly, breakfast was available for additional charge of $12 per person and the listing said my room included a wet bar which was false although there was a bar downstairs in the lobby.”

“Front desk staff was amazing and courteous!!”

“The room was dirty! The curtains, shower, carpet, silverware.”

“Clean, great service , room stays dark with the blinds !”

“This is a good middle-of-the-road motel. Not fancy but comfortable and clean. The room was warm and comfortable with room control of the temperature. The king sized bed was comfortable with numerous pillows to choose from. There was also a small sofa and working fridge. Breakfast was included but I could not enjoy it because of my schedule. The...

“This place is awful- I know this! But I come for The hot tub only! Which was broken!! We paid $162 to use a nice bubbly hot tub knowing that the service here is garbage but the hot tub is worth it. Unfortunately when we got into the room the hot tub was broken and the air conditioner was awful. Two lights didn’t work, the microwave wasn’t plugged in which we found out 20 minutes after messing with it.. I called the front desk to ask to be switched to a different room as online, It said that...

“Room was not clean and smelt bad. Shower knob was broken. No bathroom amenities. Very poor condition. Overall, not well maintained.”

“The rooms smelled and were very dirty. Could not stay, left asap.”

“new ownership is terrible. place is filthy inside and out.”

“A perfekt place to stay at. The service, the breakfast an the room were really the very best.”
