“This was an amazing cottage. My boys, our pups, and I enjoyed every minute of our stay. It was stocked with everything we needed for both fun and relaxation. We loved the bench swings, hammock, and the reading barn for relaxation, and there were plenty of kayaks and canoes to choose from for fun. The host was very helpful and available when/if needed. There was some bad weather on our first night, and he even called to check on us the next morning. We will definitely be back!”

We saw a mama bear and baby cub along the trail, as well as a young adult bear on the other bank of the river, several coyotes and Bald Eagles. “This was the cutest cottage we've ever stayed in! Everything was clean, quiet & close to town & our other family members that were in town. It had all the amenities we needed for us & our 2 dogs & if we are ever back in the area we would definitely love to stay here again!”

“We had a good time here, but there are things that could use improvement. There was a snowstorm the day we were set to arrive and we were not sure if we were going to be able to get to the property. I got a text from the owner of the house the day of check in asking if we had a 4WD vehicle as the road goes unplowed usually. Luckily, we had AWD and snow tires so we were okay.
