“Positives: - Great location, tons of restaurants and other shopping as soon as you get out on to the street. - excellent communication with the host, - Felt secure the whole time we were there (need 2 codes for two separate doors), - very quiet, beds were not bad. - Kids loved the split level for their bed. Negatives: - Great for a couple but felt small for a family with 2 kids. - The bathroom only has a shower curtain for the shower and the water easily gets outside the shower area...

“This property is the perfect Parisian getaway! The hosts were amazing - ensuring we got in okay the night we arrived and also checking in with us during our stay. “Coming from the US, I would consider a car necessary for this property. Parking is difficult since anyone can park on the street in front of the house. The driveway can accommodate one car, but it is likely that someone will park on the street and block the driveway access. House is well-organized. Bedrooms/Bathrooms/kitchen on the top floor, living room/TV area in the bottom floor. No air conditioning in any of the rooms, so summer will be very warm. Very attentive management. Easy check...

“Unser Gastgeber Salah war super hilfsbereit. Auch nach 22 Uhr Anreise hat er uns mir dem Auto abgeholt. Am nächsten Tag ist er mit uns zum Bahnhof gefahren um für uns 4 jeweils ein Wochenticket zu holen (ca. 140 EUR), damit konnten wir alles fahren (Bus, Metro, RER). Der Kühlschrank war gut gefüllt und die Kommunikation war super. 5 min vom Quartier war ein Supermarkt und die Bushaltestelle. Der Nahverkehr war super. Danke an Salah, sehr gern wieder”

“No A/C as was indicated in ad. Rooms on the top level got very hot. Two of the doors to the exterior and 1 window on main level could not be locked or closed properly. Main bathroom only had one small functioning lightbulb, made for very dim bathroom use after dusk. Bring toilet paper. Would not recommend.”
