“We were a group of 14 friends in our late 20s, and this house was perfect for us! Nik, Lirim, and the rest of the Belgatto team were incredible. They helped us get the best out of our stay, for example, arranging a wine tasting and delivering fresh bread and croissants in the morning. Beautiful house and surroundings with spacious rooms, olive and fig trees, and a refreshing pool. Walking distance to the sea and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here!”

“We had 12 staying in this villa for a week and it was amazing! The two villas worked well (1 with 4 doubles, 1 with 2 doubles) and the pool and garden area was amazing. The villa was a 5 min drive from Fano which we were pleasantly surprised to find out was lovely. The beach was a 15 minute walk away and the host Valentina was amazing. Would definitely stay again!”

Absolut empfehlenswert für Gruppen bis 20 Leuten. 4 Doppelzimmer und 4 Dreierzimmer mit bequemen Betten und jeweils einem eigenen Bad. Zudem zwei Küchen und ein Tanzsaal.”

“Die Villa ist sehr groß und hat ausreichend Zimmer und Betten. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kimder (6, 7 und 8 Jahre). Der Pool hat eine gute Größe zum Schwimmen und ist für die Kinder zum Plantschen perfekt. Cindy hat uns einen selbstgebackenen Kuchen gebracht, der super geschmeckt hat. Auch eine Kiste mit lokalen Produkten (Brot, Käse, Salami, Tomaten, Salat) von den Bauern in der Umgebung gab es auch geschenkt. “The hostes Fabrizio and Manila made us feel so welcome! They helped us with everything such as the best places to eat, where to bath and where to try winetasting. They even helped our son when he got ill. They where beyond friendly, the best hostes ever! And the house and surroundings where extraordinary. We never wanted to leave the pool - that view was the most beautiful we have seen. Thank you Fabrizio and Manila!”

“We had a great holiday in the villa and specifically enjoyed the garden, pool and location on top of a hill. Small grocery in 5 min drive. Although 40 min drive to Ancona / the coast, the location for us was nothing less than fabulous. Visited several wineries in the neighbourhood as well as a olive oil maker. Contact with owner is very prompt and smooth; check-in and check-out effortless.”

“We stayed with Angelo and Maria for 2 weeks. The house is big and clean and has all you need. It was very warm the week we were there so we were very happy with the airconditioners (2 bedrooms and dining room). The swimming pool was great for the children because they could stay in it (approximately 1.35 deep). The house is on the first floor. Therefore you have to go out of the front door to go into the garden. The village is nice. Not many tourists and not so many restaurants. We went often...

“The week spent in this house was truly a great week. The house is beautiful and practical, the pool is big, clean and does not contain too much chlorine. It possible to play table tennis, table football and football. There are enough bathrooms, two kitchens and swings for the kids. The sea and the city Pesaro are not too far away. Last but not least, the hosts are very nice. The fridge was filled when we arrived and they made delicious pizza for us. Definitely recommendable!”

“Prima huis maar wat tegenviel was het feit dat het ( vrij kleine ) zwembad gedeeld moest worden met de gasten van het aanpalende huurhuis. Hier is niets over terug te vinden in de advertentie. Wij hadden geluk dat onze buren geen gebruik maakten van het zwembad maar als dat wel zo was geweest waren er veel te weinig stoelen en ligbedden aanwezig! Graag dus aanpassing in de advertentie op VRBO!”

“We (4 adults and 4 children) had a wonderful holiday in a fantastic property. The modern farmhouse is surrounded by cornfields and in around 15-20 minutes by car you are at the beach. The house has very good facilities. The kitchen has everything you need and the garden is just huge...same is the pool...just amazing! Outside there is enough seating available for dining as well as lounge chairs to relax by the pool area. The owner was extremely hospitable and helpful! We already had some drinks...

“The villa was everything we expected and more. We had an amazing view from the patio on the rolling hills outside Mondavio. Within a 10 min walk there are a couple of nice restaurants in the historic centre of Mondavio. The surroundings are nice and quiet. The hosts were very nice and were at our disposal within 5 mins if we needed anything. We really enjoyed our stay!”

“The apartment was very clean very quiet very private. You had your own outside eating area and somewhere to hand your clothes to dry after the beach . The beach was a 5 minute walk and shops were two minutes so very central for a long lazy week away enjoying the sun and beach. Lucia wax the best hostess you could have very helpful when we had a problem with our bikes and offered us a lift to the station when we left but also gave you your privacy. I really can’t say how much we enjoyed our stay...

“Appartamento ben curato unica cosa per noi ..... Preferiamo la sabbia non i sassi quindi dovevamo spostarci in macchina a cesano ! In ogni caso il mare non era vicinissimo 10 minuti piu o meno la spiaggia davanti all Appartamento! Per il resto era tutto perfetto ! Propietari gentilissimi. Grazie siamo stati molto bene!❤️”
