Welcome to Mountain View a charming Villa Situated 30 minutes drive from Marrakech, and 45 minutes from Marrakech airport.
The villa is secluded and private making it an excellent getaway from the hustle of daily life, it provides a good location to discover local beauty spots, markets and wonderful scenery. Whilst being 10 minutes away from the bustling town of Ait Ourir with parks and local shops and restaurants.

Enjoy the outdoor swimming pool with amazing Mountain views and dine beside the pool or on the large roof terrace or in the pretty courtyard.
The house sleeps 6 people, accommodation comprises, 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms 1 with bath. A large Moroccan salon with dinning table chairs and comfy settees, TV and fire place. The kitchen is well equipped with a large oven, a large fridge and a washing machine situated by the sink under the stairs. There is also a Traditional Moroccan Hammam to relax in.

The Villa is surrounded by lovely plants and olive trees, We are eco friendly and air conditioning/ heating is generated from solar panels and a well which fills the pool.
We offer fully catered for and self catering holidays. Transport can be arranged to and from the airport and for local excursions.

The villa is suitable for families and couples only. Groups of single men/girls are not accepted. Only guests that book and check on arrival will be permitted to stay. Photo copies of passports will be taken as required in accordance with Moroccan law. A deposit of $150 cash is required on arrival and will be returned at the end of the stay if there is no damage.
