“We made a late check in and I made my payment through Expedia about 1 hours before arrival. When we arrived to the hotel the man in the reception couldn’t find us in the system. So I needed to pay again even though I showed him my confirmation from Expedia. The room was old and had no charger output by the beds wICH was very inconvenient. We were at the break feast 30 mins before closure and almost everything was finished. No eggs, no juice and no service. Not coming back. ”
