“Dangerous place to stay. Unauthorized key was given to an unknown party and the manager excuse was she was a new employee. Front end staff very rude. Rooms aren’t cleaned throughly. Parking lots are dimmed and no cameras are working in the hotel hallways or park lot. Risky property. I would not recommend.”

“When I originally booked this hotel it was for 3 nights and the total was in my budget. Our plans changed and we only needed one night…I wasn’t thrilled that one night was costing me almost the cost of two nights (in the 3 night scenario), but I was changing my plans so I dealt with it. But when I arrived and was told I needed to pay an additional cleaning fee and utility fee…I felt like I was scammed by the hotel AND Expedia! Not cool. I can’t truly compare prices online if hidden fees are...

“Property was not well maintained. Rooms have very strong and uncomfortable smells of perfumes. Services for guests were very limited. Air condition units were not properly cleaned and maintained. Staff were not very polite and professional. Some have serious language barriers. Lots of noise and smell of tobacco around the compound.”

“The hotel is old… the fridge was located under the sink. The sliding bathroom doors never closed, and entire room had rusty areas.”

“They charged another $ 50 for something without telling me and I still don't know what that for and obviously no receipt. Very small selection for the breakfast (no donuts). Coffee was weak. Room was very depressing and so was the hotel in general. Was not able to get a reciept either. Shuttle to the airport was convienient but super unclear how, why, where, and if I should pay for it. ”

“The location of the hotel is centrally located to a variety of stores. It is quick access to highways. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the amenities were top notch. Pricing is comparable to the services. Self pay Laundry on site, continental breakfast serves hot and cold foods, and parking is free. Great stay!”

“Clean and updated facility. Welcoming staff. Nice suite with separate tv / sitting area for family members. (Not lounging on the beds). Next time in area, will stay at this hotel.”

“Convenient to 95. Dog friendly and didn't charge me for them which was great. Breakfast decent- not the best La Quinta one I've had but fine. Room was a little older but clean and comfortable beds. Quiet. There was a parking garage near the parking lot where walk the dogs with some unsavory folks hanging around so maybe not the safest area but we didn't have any problems.”

“You have to pay for breakfast but the selection was good. Pay to park. Rooms need some love. Wallpaper is coming off the walls. The only ice machine is on 7th floor. Rooms had some odors. Room clean. Bathroom sink slow draining. Hilton Hotels usually have a higher standard. This one not so much. Staff was great! ”

“Chosen for the convenience of my event, and it didn’t disappoint. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We had an arrival that was too late for shuttle, but served me well for departure. Best surprise was the food in restaurant absolutely delicious. Very nice accommodations, excellent staff!”

“The hotel room was very clean and there was plenty of parking. The stay was very affordable. There were a lot of negatives, but I think that's the natural balance of an affordable hotel vs expensive hotel. The front room of my king suite where the sofa bed was located made me and my kids cough, sneeze, and itch. We do have allergies so the room/bed probably was dusty. Unfortunately, it prevented us from being able to use the sofa bed. The staff was not personable and their friendliness was...
