“Struttura molto bella ed il personale tutto molto gentile! Forse la spiaggia un po’ deludente, là presenze di una decine di barche x turisti che invadevano la baia e le barche che impuzzolentivano tutta la baia che stanziavano dalle 9 del mattino fino alle 19 del pomeriggio.”

“La struttura è magnifica, di recente costruzione, ben tenuta! 8 piscine, quella principale (Lagoon) splendida, 3 ristoranti principali, in aggiunta al bar-ristorante sulla spiaggia. Giardini e vegetazione curatissimi, suite spaziosa e comodissima (bagno con wc, bidet e piccolo lavandino, un secondo lavandino antistante al soggiorno, e una doccia immensa separata dal bagno). Staff cordiale e animazione mai invadente...Ci tornerei subito.”

“Good part: Got upgrade which was a pleasant surprise! Room and beach access was superb. There were turtles in the sea during our visit! Bad part: Wifi was down almost the whole stay. The handle of Covid-19 was below expected from a 5 star hotel, any hotel really. No control of guest not wearing mask. Also the food was below expected of a 5 star. The food and guests sadly made this feel more like a 3.5 star hotel.”

“Beautiful hotel, great staff and decent food. Unfortunately we went in January so it was a bit cold at times. Also, the area around the hotel is not that developed; activists/shopping/sightseeing outside the hotel are typical over an hour away by car.”

“Truly an amazing hotel, we loved every second there. The food included was absolutely fabulous! The staff were friendly and helpful, the beach was lovely, the garden was beautiful, there’s really nothing to complain about. ”

“Pros: Big resort, many pools, pretty good restaurants. Con: Bed, I'm not sure if they have had a big problem with their guests body fluids but my bed had a plastic sheet underneath, which made the bed a little uncomfortable. As a woman I wasn't always treated the same as men by some staff.”

I have been coming to Egypt for over 20 years and have to say the new style of hotels are a great format for European travelers. The hotel and gardens are immaculate and kept very clean. “Property is calming and beautifully designed, with a fabulous pool. Had a premium double room and it was large with a gorgeous view of the ocean with perfect daily sunrises. Staff were kind and helpful. Meals are slow, but that’s part of the charm. We also went shore diving with nearby Emperor Divers which was a bit disorganized but the dives were great. ”
