“Vi bodde en julivecka i huset, totalt 7 personer varav 3 barn. Stor fin pool med solsängar, 1 parasoll och en pergola som gav välbehövlig skugga. Vackert lantligt läge på höjden med underbar utsikt och fin solnedgång. Stort traditionellt italienskt hus med rymligt kök och sovrum med tillhörande badrum. Värden Gian gav oss många bra restaurang- och utflyktstips och var tillgänglig för alla slags frågor. Det är ca 10 min med bil till en bra Supermarket.”

Villa is better than pictures, lot of space both indoor and outdoors, Swimming pool a bit cold temperatur but very nice with the outdoor kitchen that we used for baking and homemade pizza in the oven. “Comfortable and well maintained house overviewing the entire valley. Lovely terras with grill. Large swimming pool reachable via stairs. Quiet location, about 10/15 minutes to the nearest grocery store and butcher. You definitely need a car. We would love to come back in future. Nice places to visit within max 1 hr drive are Perugia (30 min), Cortona (45 min), Gubbio ( 1 hr). Lake Transimeno only 35 min away. “Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war nett und unkompliziert. Allerdings wurde vergessen uns vor Anreise mitzuteilen, dass ein Bad der Villa gar nicht benutzt werden kann! So sweet (but read if you have mobility issues)
"Breakfast sugar overdose, for sure. The hotel is conveniently located close to Perugia train station, but mind that the city center is 400mt elevated in relation to the hotel. I injured myself during the trip and had to move with crotches. This was a challenge, as Perugia is truly a hilly town. However, the hotel is very well connected by bus that takes you straight from the hotel door to several main squares of the city in 20 minutes. The staff was very very kind, in particular the staff working at the breakfast station. If you have a crave for sugar, this hotel will satisfy your needs. It does need to catch up with vegan options though. I found the room impeccably clean and cozy. Not the most sophisticated or contemporary, which I also do not enjoy. My bedroom was facing a road that gives access to the highway and still was rather quiet (in case you're noise sensitive consider asking for floor 2 or 3, facing backyard). There are two supermarkets 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel, in case you need them, as well as pharmacies. All and all, a nice staying with a fair price. I'm adding a photo of the swimming pool on the terrace (open until 19:30). Bring a cap if you want to dip."
