This cozy apartment has all the necessary equipment (a bedroom with a double bed, fully equipped kitchen, TV, coffee machine, bathroom open to the room ...)

It can accommodate 2 people and is ideal for a couple. It will also be suitable for business trips or telecommuting periods with its office space.
The accommodation is located on the 1st floor without an elevator.

## Emplacement
The 6h district of Marseille is reputed for the amazing private mansions, luxury shops, antiquities and museums. You will not be able to find a better place for shopping in the city ! This district is also trendy and exotic, thanks to the various restaurants and coffees in the Italie street with international specialties. You will also find around the Louis Salvator boulevard great typical restaurants. However, the 6th is an amazing area, thanks to the cultural buildings such as the Castellane square, and the Cantini museum. It gathers an urban way of life for wealthy families.
