Please note that the height of the mezzanine is 1.30m. Access is via the children's bedroom with a narrow staircase (40cm wide). <br><br>- Possibility of providing a travel cot for babies. <br><br><br>The kitchen benefits from the following equipment: <br><br>- Built-in refrigerator with freezer part<br>- Nespresso coffee machine (Vertuo capsule). <br>- Toaster<br>- Kettle<br>- Blender<br>- Induction hob.<br>- Hood. <br>- Washing machine<br><br><br>The air conditioning is located in the living room (living room/kitchen).
