The house has two bedrooms upstairs and a living room/kitchen on the spacious terrace equipped with a pizza oven. Bedroom 1: one double bed and one child's bed (small, between 3 and 6 years old approximately). Bedroom 2: one double bed and one child's or teenager's bed (from about 5 years old). The entire house is Air-conditioned. The small kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, kettle, and Senseo pod coffee machine. The accommodations are located in a cul-de-sac, the road to which is closed by a barrier from April to October, but remains accessible to residents and tenants. (You will have a pass for car access). Shops are accessible by car 3 km from the cove (Intermarché supermarket, bakeries, fishmonger, greengrocer, hairdresser, pharmacy, etc.). Ideally located for hiking on the Sentier des Douaniers (Customs Officers' Path) to visit our coves of the Côte Bleue: Les Eaux Salées, La Redonne, Les Figuières, Méjean, Niolon... For more activity, you can go to Carry-le-Rouet (15 minutes by car), or Marseille (30 minutes) or Aix-en-Provence (40 minutes), not forgetting Arles, Avignon and Les Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer.
