On your arrival, you will find the following necessities for the start of your stay (kit not renewed):

- Washing powder and cleaning products

- 2 rolls of toilet paper, shower gel

- Sugar, tea and coffee (1 dose per person)

- Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.





Nearby public transport: tram and bus 1 min, Vélib' bike hire, metro 2 min. Bus station and Gare St Charles less than 20 minutes away on foot or by metro (M2 Joliette). 10 min walk from the Vieux Port, 1 min from the historic Panier district. Ideal for exploring Marseille.



You will have access to the entire accommodation and in particular to the terrace, the only place in the accommodation where you can smoke.

Public parking is not included in the accommodation.

Following confirmation of your booking, you will receive an email with a link to the apartment guide. You will be able to choose flexible check-in and check-out times for an additional fee.

A deposit of €500 in the form of a bank card imprint will be taken the day before your arrival. This serves as a guarantee in the event of damage, theft or loss of keys/objects, lack of care for the accommodation (dirt, rubbish left behind), or unauthorised use of equipment and, more generally, in the event of non-compliance with the contract (pets, number of people, timetables, etc.).

This deposit is not a release from liability; the tenant may be held liable for amounts exceeding the deposit.

Any damage noticed on arrival (within 4 hours) or during the stay must be reported immediately with photos. The deposit will be released within a week of departure. Access to the accommodation is only permitted once the deposit has been validated.
