Located just 50 meters from the Old Port, this apartment with exceptional character offers a warm and bright atmosphere thanks to its glass brick facade.

The 25m2 air-conditioned main room, bathed in soft light, opens onto a fully-equipped kitchen with access to a landscaped courtyard (not private) where you can enjoy a relaxing area with table, chairs and deckchairs. A swimming-pool-style shower room completes this convivial space.

A suspended mezzanine
The sleeping area, perched on a mezzanine (ceiling height 1.60 m), takes the form of a suspended cube accessible via a low passageway under a beam, offering a unique cocoon-like sensation. It comprises :
A first area with a queen-size bed (160x200)
A second area with a double bed (140x200)

The spaces are not partitioned, making it ideal for a family or group of close friends.
