Welcome to my home!

I have the pleasure to welcome you in my apartment of 90 square meters in the heart of the 2nd district, ideal for a family stay in Marseille.
The accommodation can accommodate 5 people and has all the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay.

## Logement
Located on the 5th floor with elevator, the accommodation comprises:
- two bedrooms with two double beds ;
- a functional shower room ;
- a fully equipped kitchen ;
- a dining room with table and chairs ;
- and a living room with a sofa bed for relaxing after a day out.

You'll particularly appreciate its brightness and balcony.

During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Hair dryer, Oven, Microwave, Coffee machine.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The apartment is well appointed. It is close to restaurants and transport links.
There's an ALDI supermarket 350 m from the residence for your everyday needs.

## Emplacement
The 2nd arrondissement covers the oldest part of Marseille, north of the Old Port, notably the Panier district. Home to the Hôtel de Ville des Grands Carmes, it is a historic district. The many restaurants and grocery stores, pedestrian lanes and colorful facades give this district a picturesque feel, appealing to tourists. This district represents Marseille's past and present, combining history with a trendy atmosphere thanks to the Docks du Sud and the huge shopping center just a 5-minute walk away, as well as theatres, exhibition halls and meeting places.
