Come and spend your holidays in an apartment just 50 metres from the beaches of La Ciotat.

Accommodation:
The apartment is located on the second and last floor of the building, so it offers you a lovely sea view from the terrace!

The residence is completely secure with several small gates for pedestrians and a large electric gate for cars.

On the night side you will find a bedroom equipped with a [hidden] x [hidden] cm double bed and some storage space.
In the living room you will also find a fold-out sofa bed.

The shower room has an Italian-style shower, a single sink, a towel dryer and a washing machine. The toilet is separate from the bathroom.

On the terrace, a table with chairs is at your disposal to admire this lovely sea view!

Parking:
You can park in the residence but the space is not reserved or private!

Facilities:
Wifi, air conditioning, "nespresso" coffee maker, television, hob, iron and ironing board, citrus press, dryer, washing machine, oven, MW oven, fridge, toaster, vacuum cleaner, plenty of storage, 1 bed [hidden], 1 sofa bed [hidden], enough crockery and cutlery for 4 people

The environment:
The apartment is located right in front of Lumière beach, which is protected by dikes and rocks, to offer you a protected swimming spot. You can put your towel on the fine sand, near the lifeguard station which provides surveillance in the summer season.
La Ciotat is a city that offers many sports and water activities. It has countless churches and historical monuments that make it a top destination for your holidays with family or friends.

Sheets and bath towels:
Optional and upon request (20 euros for a single bed kit / 25 euros for a double bed kit and 15 euros for towels with one large and one small per person).

Cleaning:
This is included in your reservation and a company will come after your departure.

Animals:
Not allowed out of respect for the neighborhood.

Deposit upon handing over the keys:
A credit card imprint will be requested upon handing over the keys. The amount is equal to one week's rental.

Bad experience.

I contacted the agency one week before our stay, as requested. They just said, they would get back to me 2 days before our stay. I then had ro write twice to get the details on where to find the keys (late check in). When we finally arrived at the appartment we went to pick up the keys at the indicated post box. Unfortunately there were two sets of keys without any note. Additionally we did not get the token to get into the parking area (apparently because the last tenant forgot to return them). So we had to park our car on the street where we had to pay parking fees. When we finally could enter the appartment we found that it had not been cleaned. We even found the last tenant's underwear in the washing machine and our dauhter's feet turned black after only two minutes of walking around barefoot. We ordered sheets for the bed since we kned that they were not included. The sheet for our daughter's bed did neither fit the couch where she was supposed to sleep nor were they clean. There were mold-stains on the small bed-sheet. Next day, I went to the agency to pick up the token for the parking area as agreed upon. I ended up in front of closed doors. When I called the available number they asked me to come back at noon (15 min drive) which I was not willing to. So I insisted to to have the token delivered which meant that I had to stay at the appartment or close-by within a certain time frame. Do not stay at this appartment.
