“Overall, property was good. However, it is not a corner unit, has very small peak of ocean, and has very little to no noise proofing from upstairs unit. You can hear everything from upstairs unit- as if why are in your unit! Property management was nice and responsive and offered to place us in alternative unit with no ocean view and overlooking a parking lot at a reduced rate. “This rental was clean, communication was clear and the location was great to see all of the history of the area. I do wish the listing would have specifically stated that the rental was attached to the home. You definitely hear the neighbors with shared walls. It didn’t ruin our experience but wasn’t expected.
