“There were times when the shower in the master bathroom only emitted cold water. The water spigot in the tubs would not turn completely off in bathroom in the hallway. I had trouble with the lockbox. Maybe add more specific directions. It would have been helpful to know that MV transit bus was available at the intersection of the street and County Road.”

“The property was perfect for our weekend getaway for a family wedding. The weather was terrible so we didn’t get to enjoy the cute deck! The string lights made it seem so inviting. The kitchen had everything we needed for 3 nights and the house had a great floorplan for us! We loved that you could walk to VH and hear the ferry whistle blow while in the house. The check in process couldn’t have been easier and the house felt very private. Thanks for a shirt but sweet stay!”

“The house and studio are situated off the beaten path but only a short drive to vineyard haven. The home has a rustic, vineyard-charm feel and we had a very comfortable and quiet stay. The setting really allowed us to relax and enjoy the nature/outdoors which is what we look for on a trip to the vineyard! As others have said, the walking trails are amazing and also sparsely traveled by those who don’t abut the area, it seems - lots of beautiful ponds and farmland to discover. The studio was...

“Was perfect for our family!”

“Lovely, cozy cottage with lots of light, far away from crowds but near enough to go anywhere. One star taken off because the bedroom only had a day curtain and no dark night curtain—even if the location is in the woods, I can't understand why. Bedrooms are private places.”

“I booked this property for a last minute getaway to the Vineyard. After seeing what was available, I thought the price appeared reasonable, particuarly for a house walking distance to Edgartown. The property is exactly as described and the location is unbeatable. Also, the outdoor deck is wonderful. “If you like historic homes, this is a hidden gem in a quiet neighborhood. It reminded us of what it would have been like to have a Vineyard "cottage" back in the day. The owners have done a great job maintaining the historic charm. They've updated appliances and the outdoor shower was amazing. Sitting on the porch was equally pleasant. “This home is very comfortable. We visited in the off season so some of its amenities were unavailable to us but the setting and location on the island did not disappoint. Victoria was a very responsive host and kept us informed before and during our stay.”

“We loved the space and open layout of the home. It was situated on a cul de sac and couldn't have been quieter. The central AC was well appreciated as was all of the amenities: BBQ, modern kitchen, loft room, 2 baths. Couldn't be happier with our selection and time spent. “The apartment was spotless! Open and airy. The host left excellent instructions, and a phone number if needed. We did and he responded immediately and problem resolved. I have only one suggestion. You need more than one mirror It’s located in the bathroom. Need another either in hall or bedroom I would recommend this apartment to anyone”
