âBeautiful hotel, clean and great staff. They offer an evening reception with snacks and drinks, and breakfast includedâŠreally good breakfast.
Stores near by and a few dining options in the hotel and near by. Hotel located right next to Lumen field and a few minutes from T-Mobile arena. Itâs a pretty safe walk to a from too. Will def stay again, itâs definitely worth paying more to stay here. Oh, one downside, $65 bucks for parking but itâs near, well-lit and gated (connected to the hotel). I...

âWe came to town for the Stray Kids concert and spent a couple days here and it was great, the property was in a great location to rent bikes or scooters and get anywhere we wanted to within 20 minutes. We will definitely recommend it to any friends or family who want to travel to Seattle!â
âStylish hotel near the Pioneer Square and the waterfront, walkable distances to other sites like Pike Market and even the Space Needle if you do not take the Monorail from Westlake for just one stop. The connexion with the airport is by light rail. The hotel is also close to the King Street Train station if you want to take the Amtrak to Vancouver for ex. âThe staff were professional, friendly and courteous. They greet you with a smile upon entry. The rooms are spacious; the bed was super comfortable; great amenities; the restroom was beautiful and clean with excellent water pressure. The hotel is in a convenient walkable location to several tourist sites. I will definitely stay here again. â
âVery nice hotel in a nice area. Comfortable room. A bit worn down. The shower didn't work great.
A warning, though: There are zero power outlets. With four people staying in the room, and wanting to charge phones and watches, this was an issue. We had to unplug the TV and the lamp by the beds to have any access to power outlets.
Lots of drug zombies in the neighbourhood. Not the hotel's fault, obviously, but for some travellers this could be a relevant issue. â
âThe State is a boutique hotel with a funky vibe (in a good way). The room was a bit small and it lacked some amenities but the bed was very comfortable and for a downtown hotel it was quiet.
A couple of minor gripes:
1) the in room coffee is pretty lame
2) the bathroom could use a couple of towel racks
3) charging $8 for a water bottle is ridiculous
