“The customer service here cannot be beat, but the actual facilities are in need of dire repairs. My room was not clean, it was dusty, a cleaning rag was left in it, and there was just a lack of cleaning. The shower and bed were clean, so I did not make a fuss because I was exhausted, but this room was not worth the fees they charge. The hotel is in need of dire upgrades. It looks like they've updated the main facilities, but the guest rooms are in dire need of upgrades and repairs. ”

“We booked Super 8 Laurel 'cause we wanted an outdoor pool after 5 days of Festival-camping. Upon arrival the motel makes a very dirty an unfriendly impression. No flowers as shown on pictures at hotels.com. Then the porter tells us that the pool has not been in use for 3 years!! That's why we immediately left and stayed at Motel 6 in Laurel instead. “This was the worst hotel I ever went to from the beginning. It was bad first of all. I went into the room. It smelled musty I had to leave the door open as I'm walking around spraying. Lysol, I noticed how dirty the rug was and stained the rug was. I noticed the only chair in the room was dirty and stained.
