“Our son got married in Martin, Tn. We needed a place for us, our youngest son and the grandparents to stay. This house was the perfect set up. We were 15 minutes from the wedding location and about 20 minutes from our son's house (the one getting married) in Union City. I also had a niece coming from Knoxville with two small children the Saturday of the wedding and they were able to come by the house and dress the kids and have a break before wedding festivities. We arrived late at night and she had left us the code (which worked the first time) and the light on, and we walked in to the ice cold AC and spotless house and felt right at home. The beds were all comfortable and the bedding was the perfect weight for a great night’s sleep. “I'm really glad I decided to stay here instead of at a hotel. Jo was amazing and took great care of me. The house is perfect, comfortable, and quiet. Every single thing I could have needed was there too! Shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, iron - it was great! The house is spotless, the pillows and blankets so so so soft. The host is very responsive and I really enjoyed talking to her!! Great stay. I highly recommend this property!!! I'm hoping to stay here again if I get back in this area.”

“We were in town to visit a student at Bethel university so it was great to have a place to relax and do some home cooking. The new gas grill was a hit for us too! Very relaxing setting. The tv was small but it worked out ok since we didn’t watch a lot. Overall would definitely stay again. Thanks!”
