The Villa Resort, sleeps 8 + shared pool

The Villa Resort is a villa located a few kilometers from the center of Martina Franca and is composed of 2 residential units. The structure can be available to an entire family or two different groups of guests, depending on the period and availability. In the case of different groups, the structure will have some common areas, including parking, garden, swimming pool, outdoor shower and bathroom, relaxation area and barbecue area.



The outdoor area includes free parking inside the property with a maximum capacity of 3 cars for both housing units. Available to all guests there will be a garden, an orchard, a terrace and a relaxation area, where you can read or relax with your family and friends. The 8x4m swimming pool is 1.5 meters high and in this area you will have sun loungers, umbrellas, outdoor showers and a service bathroom. Finally, a barbecue area, where you can roast your favorite Apulian foods and taste them with your group in a dedicated area.
