“We had a lovely stay in this house, an old cottage way out of town. Beautiful peaceful surroundings and bird song. The house was beautifully clean and tidy with very comfortable beds. The log fire was very nice to have especially when the rain camel! Would thoroughly recommend staying here. Thanks Lucy.”

“This property is a real back to basics. We've been to lovely hotels and B&Bs but this stay gave us the true rest we were looking for. We were met by Tom, who is a true gentleman, he showed us around and had baked fresh bread for us with butter, milk and breakfast waiting. No oven or cooktop but the bbq was adequate. Chooks visited each day and the paddocks, with the cows in, were only metres from the French doors. Not for everyone but it rejuvenated our souls. We are going back to stay again....

“It was a beautiful location with amazing night sky views. The room was cozy with a heater for cold nights and a comfortable bed and lovely bath. The host was gracious and very accommodating. The location was great to go to Martinborough and cape Palliser. ”
