fenced villa with a large gate that allows cars to be parked inside the
property.
There are also green areas and an outdoor shower in the large garden.
The
vacation house is raised a few steps and is introduced by an outdoor
sitting area where you can relax in the cool of the evening.
The interior is spacious and bright. The entrance is into a living room with a double sofa bed, dining room, open kitchen with induction cooker.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin. Complete from the house a shower room. The whole house is air conditioned.

those of Campomarino di Maruggio, renowned for crystal-clear waters and

Campomarino di Maruggio is just 2 km from the villa, along the Taranto Ionian arch.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 10 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
