The township and people were lovely, freely sharing information and knowledge. Weather on this occasion was perfect. Our only criticism is really one for council and authorities to improve. “I really enjoyed staying in Kate and Felicity's space. The bath and being able to have a fire were treats and I love the history of the place, and all the love and care that Kate put into restoring the miners cottages. Though this cottage is not old, much care has been taken to create old world charm within it. I didn't anticipate the road noise, but overall it didn't disturb the tranquility for me. Waking to birdsong was a joy.”

“The house was warm and cosy. It was extremely well equipped, including bread, milk, butter and jams. We were very comfortable and didn't want for anything. Very secure fencing out the back for my dog. The beds were beautiful and comfy.”

“We really loved our stay at the property. The house is charming, with spacious and comfortable living areas and a newly refurbished kitchen, well equipped for self catering. Our favourite was the big, open deck with lovely views - a great spot for kangaroo and bird watching. Bronwyn provided good communication and was very helpful with recommendations on local attractions and services. We hope to visit again soon.”
