It's about 20 minutes outside of Chico but well worth the drive. The host has a lot of items for entertaining and makes sure you have everything you need.”

“This home was dirty. We book 2 people for 4 nights. The inside of the microwave was disgusting, the refrigerator had a stinky smell, and the floor was sticky, I wanted to clean out the microwave so I could use it, but there was only one half sheet of paper towel left on the roll and no others to be found. I couldn't find a mug for my tea, till I looked inside the dishwasher but honestly I couldn't tell if the dishes were clean or dirty. Yes we could have gone to the store and bought our own...
