“Very clean and had everything we needed. The decor was so pretty. We enjoyed our stay”

“Excellent communication with the host and the property was as described.”

“My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at this condo. It was clean, at a great location, and the kitchen was perfect for cooking for two people for the week. We are so glad we decided to stay, and was a great budget-friendly stay for a spring beach trip.”

“My daughter and I were doing a college tour of the Great South. We booked this property from Expedia the day of. We arrived to find that this was not a hotel but a condominium being rented out as a short term rental. So there was no reception desk. The address given was for a retail store and there was very little signage to identify it. After the wonderful interaction with a resident of the building she let us know about the check in protocol. After searching numerous emails and texts we found...

“The apartment was really nice and had just about everything one could need. The great room was very nicely decorated, comfortable, and extremely clean. The kitchen was very functional though we ate out but appreciated the refrigerator. The TV was large but a bit baffling to figure out. The location was excellent for walking to restaurants and shops. Parking was good though the alleyway to get into the lot is quite narrow and on another block in back of the house. (No big deal.). If you are a...

“This is a great spot for a quick Wrightsville trip!”

“Very clean room with no issues at all”

“Great location. Amazing views ”

“We enjoyed our weekend getaway here! Wonderful host, very clean and well stocked space, and perfect location close to the beach. We were able to walk to the beach in less than a minute. Also an easy walk to the CB Pier, where there was live music. Parking was easy and accessible. The pool was great and the patio was perfect for morning coffee! Perfect for couples looking to spend time in CB!”

“Excellent location. But having said that, there is some street noise to deal with. But the apartments is very well appointed and it was a great stay overall. Great communication from the property owner and off street parking!”

“Beautiful little apartment across from the river and right across from the USS North Carolina. Clean and comfortable place. Absolutely nothing to complain about and very conveniently located in downtown Wilmington. Very well worth the money.”

“Easy to find. Close to the venue.”

“I really enjoyed the location and parking. Bed was a little firm for my taste, but I like cushy mattresses. The only problem I had was trying to find light switches for all the lights! I never did find the one for over the kitchen counter. Also no mattress cover between sheets and mattress. Laundry is in another area of the house, but if you like to climb you can go over the balcony railing to get there easily.”

“Precious and cozy little apartment in a very convenient spot in downtown Wilmington. We were walking distance to everywhere. Host was very helpful and responsive and left snacks and waters to enjoy. The apartment comes with a pass to a nearby garage which was an added plus. There is a bar right downstairs so lots of chatter could be heard but it wasn’t enough to ruin our stay. I would definitely recommend.”

“This property was very clean and just what we were looking for. Wrightsville beach is a close drive, a great area to walk with an open farmers market each Monday with fresh fish, seafood, and other great vendors. Short drive to downtown Wilmington with great restaurants and shops. The host was very easy to communicate with and the condo was very clean and organized. Easy check in with clear directions for departure.”

“All was as advertised. We will stay again.”

“The hosts are great communicators and the place was clean and tidy. Lots of info on places to go and things to do. The best part about our stay was the view! Absolutely stunning.”
