Villor i Masonboro Island Reserve

“This home has enough space for the entire family to spend a week together; the location is great and very walkable. The home is well equipped and had everything we needed. Lots of dishes and cutlery. However, the home needs some maintenance. Vinyl floor in the common space is peeling off; sliding doors to some patios are very hard to open; shower leaking in one of the bedrooms, ….some attention is needed. Wondered if it would be helpful to have an awning of some kind to block rain from the furniture outside. Well after the rain, it was still a bit wet to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Peaceful, but units are close and it did not appear to be fully booked. As units are added, it will become a busy village with less open water view. Truly enjoyed our visit.”

“We absolutely loved this location. It was beautiful and fully stocked, except when we went to put together the puzzle of the house and several pieces were missing...lol. We also could have used more trash bags but other than that perfection.”

“We loved the details about the rental. The QR codes we could scan were very helpful. ”

“Very convenient to downtown Wilmington and a great place to stay on the river! Perfect for watching fireworks!”
