“We had an amazing time at Mark's house. The home is clean and well maintained with many amenities that made the weekend extra special (cool nights by the fire pit were especially awesome)! Mark gave detailed directions about the house and provided us with lots of information about the neighborhood. Plenty of space for all 12 of us to be together. Highly recommend this rental!”

“We stayed at this property because we were attending a wedding in West Hampton. The location was great. The house was very clean and provided everything we needed. It also has a spacious deck with grill and fire pit. If I had to criticize one thing it would be the mattress on the beds were very uncomfortable. But I would stay there again.”

“The house was amazing, the location was perfect I could see the ocean from the living room. The only issues were the flooded roads and a few lights with dead bulbs but the flooding is understandable since its so close to the ocean. Overall we had a great time and would definitely come back.”

“This property has everything you need for a quick getaway! The owner Frank was super helpful and very responsive to any questions I had. He provided a lot of recommendations on where to eat, shop and explore. The home is located right by the beach-can walk right around the house and boom you are at the beach. I am sure it is business in the summer but in the winter it is nice and quiet! The location is in the center of everywhere you need to go for food, gas, restaurants, other beaches, etc....

“This is our second time staying and we love this house! It is super clean, feels very homey, is in a great location and the fenced in yard is perfect for the most important member of our family — our dog! The kitchen is a great size, the water pressure in the shower is good and there is always hot water. These may seem like “no brainers” but are actually things I find lacking in other houses we have booked. The host really cares that guests are comfortable!”

“I rented this for my wife's birthday weekend, as we also had an extended family event at Cupsogue. I liked the idea of a cozy bungalow in the water. I, however, remember the units described as renovated, and that is a very misleading description. That is, they weren't in the best condition. That said, they withstood a terrible rain storm early Sunday AM. The pathway between the units goes straight down and with steps going into the bay. The lighting in the complex at night is beautiful.”

“My family and I had another wonderful stay at the Beach and Bay Bungalows. This was our 2nd time staying there and I honestly do not think it could ever get old. We had bungalow 7 which is right on the bay and it was simply beautiful. The ocean is a short walk across the street and the private beach is so nice. The cute town of West Hampton is 5 minutes away and it has everything you need. It was a great stay and I hope to be back very soon.”

“Our family had a wonderful week at Jeffrey’s “Sunset Cove”! The house was meticulously clean and organized. Fully stocked with everything you would need for a wonderful week at the beach. Jeff was very accessible and quickly responded to any questions we had. Short walk to the beach made easier by a beach wagon.
