“Hotel was good, staff was very nice and helpful. But online it says all inclusive and it’s not, you have to pay an additional fee for it to be all inclusive.”

“We booked two rooms; one was good. The other had a broken AC and smelled damp. The staff took the problem seriously and tried to resolve it. When that didn’t work, we were given a new room that was good in every way. The staff were consistently excellent! The pool is minimal, absolutely not what I expected. As a result, none of us or our three children wanted to swim. The breakfast was poor—neither tasty nor offering a good selection. It was okay, but not worthy of the Hyatt name.”

“Not sure if there was a vending machine, ice maker or microwave. It would be great to have some kind of food when it is late at night. Not sure if they have a kitchen where they could be a microwave and ice maker. I did not ask for these, but also there were no sign of them having them. There is only one electrical outlet, so a power cord would be helpful. Other than that, it is a beautiful place with nice, beautiful rooms. I would definitely stay in this place again. I definitely recommend...

“Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. ”

“The best part of this hotel was the bathroom it was very clean. Everything else is left to be desired. ”

“Property needs maintenance. There is a laundry mat across the street which was an absolute life savor. We decided to wash the sheets and quilt, looked like it was used and not changed from last guest. There is a lobby that is general use for the occupants but not inside the room as listed. It’s a one stop deal and it did its purpose overall. Bring your own everything as the toiletries are very limited. Last but not least it’s right next to a funeral home. Enjoy!”

“Room was ok if you like cold showers as there was no hot water … I notified hotel as soon as I noticed and they said there was no isssues before I checked in …staying for two nights so I asked for one back to find another hotel and they declined . Said they would send maintenance out … maintenance never came and I kept saying no hot water … I saw cleaning lady and asked her to show me if I’m doing something wrong and she said previous guests have complained and nothings been done about it’s, so...
