“The door was not possible to lock properly, a number of water leakages from the roof, the general condition is poor. However, the staff is nice, but could not help me, only ask me to talk to the manager that will not be on-site prior to me checking out. I was offered a refund, but as it was booked via a third party, it was not possible for the hotel to refund. “Funkar som ett hotell för natten, men ska man bo lite bekvämt och för några nätter rekommenderar jag att leta efter ett annat.Hotellet är väldigt lyhört så mycket ljud från andra rum och korridor.Dom fixar inte sängen vid städning fyllde inte på toapapper.Dom verkar strunta i underhåll, flera ismaskiner ur funktion,juisemaskinen vid frukosten ur funktion.Frukosten är av det enklaste variationen dom kan ha.”

“Not a breakfast person earlier in the morning but there was a slim variety of items. No cooked breakfast. Parking was good. Staff were friendly. Room were okay for a one night stay. ”

“Rummet städades inte någon gång under hela vistelsen trots att jag påminde dem flertal gånger och trots att de bekräftade att de ska se till att rummet ska städas. Sängen bäddades inte förutom sista kvällen och då pga av att jag tjatat till mig det flertal dagar. Lakan byttes aldrig under hela vistelsen. Rummet var inte rent. Frukosten var väldigt dålig och allt i frukosten var ultra processad industriellt och i förpackingar. Väldigt ohållbart. Hotellet borde inte få tillhöra sig Quality Choice...

“I chose this hotel because it included breakfast, but when we got there so many things were wrong. 1. The lobby was closed so we had to go to the property next door to check in. 2 the bathroom had dirty towels hanging up, the sink already had hair in it. 3. The toilet seat had major wear and slid when we sat, and the toilet made a loud sound while it refilled, as if it were struggling.
