“Always my go to spot”

“Funkar som ett hotell för natten, men ska man bo lite bekvämt och för några nätter rekommenderar jag att leta efter ett annat.Hotellet är väldigt lyhört så mycket ljud från andra rum och korridor.Dom fixar inte sängen vid städning fyllde inte på toapapper.Dom verkar strunta i underhåll, flera ismaskiner ur funktion,juisemaskinen vid frukosten ur funktion.Frukosten är av det enklaste variationen dom kan ha.”

“Nothing unique about the hotel other than the horrible stink in hallway…Cigarette and weed and wet dog. Room wasn’t as bad but didn’t smell fresh and clean.”

“Great location to historic town of Matthews. Older hotel, but well maintained and updated. Friendly staff especially Cheryl for breakfast service.”

“Slept well, room was clean, and front desk staff was nice. Breakfast was less than desirable.”

“Nothing has changed. They have the front desk guy , who is rude and takes money from deposit money and never refunds the full amount. Owner answer diplomatic answers to reviews but never pickups calls or returns them. It seem the front desk staff Mr. D is related to the owner that’s why there is no accountability for rude behavior and missing money”

“The lady on the front desk was fantastic! No request was too big or small. Room was comfortable and had everything I needed.”

“Staff was the ONLY good think about this place. Room smelled like cigarettes, bathroom didn't look clean. There was no ice machine or coffee machines and the lobby smelled like piss.”

“I had a paid reservation to this property. When I arrived at 3:30 pm No one was at the front desk. I waited 30 minutes and made several phone call to customer service, The front desk clerk rudely told me they had no rooms and to go elsewhere. I couldn't believe it.”

“There area was unsafe, alot of homeless people. Do not recommend!”

“The room was decent. There was a big dead roach lying under the sink and the water from the shower didnt drain well.”

“Room needs maintenance badly, from leaky toilet, dingy towels and sheets, and the furniture is wore out . Didn't use stove because there wasn't any pots or pans. Who travels with cooking utensils? But If you plan to stay here please bring your own iron board, sheet set, pots, a broom and mop...don't forget the Lysol spray.”
