“It is hard to review. We arrived and the vbro was completely flooded due to a burst pipe. Had been flooding for at least a week. The owner is out of the country and does not speak english which made communication very hard. VBRO was worthless and no help during the situation, said to contact the owner. It took waiting on hold for two hours two days later to get a refund. ”
