The staff could truly not be any better, any request or issue was dealt with in literally a minute. Room was perfect, clean and made you feel at home with anything you needed. Backyard pergola with settee and hammocks set the relaxing tone for the weekend. Looking forward to booking it again.”

Stan is a thoughtful, responsive and reliable host. The highlight of the house is its secluded backyard, patio, clean and gorgeous salt water pool. It’s also so close to sag harbor, as well as 1 minute from groceries, restaurants and liquor store. We have been renting in the hamptons for years and this house is amazing ”

“The house is located in a quite neighborhood. The space is large and easy to use, there are stairs and all the rooms are on the 2nd floor. I didn't realize it was a duplex and the owners lived in the other 1/2 of the house. ”

“My family of 6 and I stayed here for the Thanksgiving holiday. My 80 yr old parents live in Southampton but we decided to rent instead of burdening them w/guests. The house had a great layout on the first floor w/everything needed for the holiday, which was great. Walkable to town and Tate's Bake Shop, definitely a plus. Beautiful neighborhood. Some bumps, though: we struggled with getting into the house; no front door key given -- we accessed the home through a garage side-door electronic...
