“If you want to waste your money and then never see it again, this is your place. We booked through Expedia, checked in and when we got to our room there was black mold all over the ceiling, no running hot water and the fire alarm was disconnected hanging from the ceiling. We quick got our kids out of there for health and safety concerns and told the front desk. They said that when Expedia called them they would verify and issue a refund. “We loved our stay at the cozy cottage. It has a big fenced in backyard & all of the comforts of home. It was so comfortable & very convenient. It’s a great spot for small families!! My son really appreciated the Roku TV. Our host was very responsive & helpful. We would definitely return & stay here again in the future. Arkansas had so much to see & do, we can’t wait to come back!! ”
