“Upon arrival there was a couch sitting on the walkway to the front door with a "Free" sign on it. There was no manual explaining: 1) The use of portable heaters or baseboard heaters2) Things to do upon entering or leaving2) Local attractions4) Emergency contact informationDid find a single sheet under the silverware tray in a drawer the next morning. “spacious property”

“This property truly exceeded our expectations. The grounds are huge and beautiful...you could spend hours just relaxing particularly in the swinging 'egg chairs'! Distance from Front Royal was just perfect at 10 to 15 minutes. The real surprise though was the size of the cottage. With a party of 4, including 2 older teenagers, 2 bedrooms and 1 bath can run a bit small. The common living space...living room and kitchen in particular...are very spacious. “Matt is an awesome host! This place is perfect for 2 families traveling together (fully furnished upstairs & downstairs), or 1 family wanting extra space. The hot tub is an absolute must in the fall/winter for maximum relaxation. LOVED the fire table & Blackstone grill. Very nice remodeling & appliances. Cool arcade console! Could not manage to get the fireplaces to work however.”

“Ten stars! Circle F was as described and so much more! It was extremely clean and supplied with everything needed for our stay and more. Sarah and Dale came up on horseback to feed the sheep & even offered to make us a fire in the fire pit, which was encircled by Adirondack chairs for the ultimate view of the Allegheny mountains. It is such a cool place on the top of a mountain! We will definitely go back there!”
