âFunctional hotel with well-organized staff and dedicated (and honest) housekeeping. We accidentally left a bottle of champagne in the room which we promptly got back the day after checking out.
The booking gave the impression that we would have one apartment with two bedrooms, which meant we assumed one kitchen and a living room for dining. Instead we got two identical one-room apartments with minimally equipped kitchens (one gas burner and one microwave per room). Not very practical....
âWe loved our stay at Bleu de Toi. We stayed for 11 nights and were so satisfied with everything. Excellent staff with always a smile on their faces, very service minded, helpful and kind. Lovely breakfast area, we also hanged out there a lot in the evening and played cards etc. The kitchen worked well to make simple meals in. The pool area is great. âNice staff and an excellent chef who makes both European and Mauritians food of top quality. Close to a small beach with good snorkeling. The family apartment was modern and had a nice small patio for relaxing after a day on the beach or the pool. Excellent served breakfast - do book this hotel with breakfast. Kind and friendly staff. The bar staff were embarrassed about the whole situation and apologized (they were good). To top the bad experience i started getting calls to my room i had to settle my bill from earlier at lunch. I had not even checked in by then since i arrived by 5pm. This did not occur to them at first and it took some time and explanations. This was my second time visit this year and i must say i will not be heading back. The service is simply awful and among the worst i have encountered in Mauritius which i visit many times a year. Will choose another hotel next time."
"Lovely apartment (no. 9: "Duplex - 2 bedrooms") right next to the beach (even though a lot of rocks in the sea). Undisturbed seaview from all rooms of the appartment. This is the best location in the resort, totally private. Nice and calm pool area, which wasn't very busy at all."

"Wonderful penthouse appartment (no. A9). Clean and modern inside and a large rooftop terass (parts in the sun and parts in shadow). The latter meaning we didn't have to go to the pool or beach (unless we wanted to), but could just relax and socialize on our terass."
