After the loss of my mother, I contacted the owner to cancel as I thought I wasn’t going to make it, Francisco held the villa until I confirmed fully, with the possibility of leaving the villa empty and him losing out on the rental. The funeral was 1 day before arrival and decided to go. We are so glad we did. So thoughtful and such a heartfelt welcome from the manager. The villa was fantastic! Views to die for.
