“I very much enjoyed my stay at this apartment - the terrace gets sun all day but part shade too. The pool is just by the terrace. The complex is usually quiet and peaceful. Mercadona and Lidl supermarkets are a 15 minute walk away.”

“Property is spacious , beautifully decorated and clean. The pool is a perfect size for cooling off and we sat around the pool in the evening rather than the upstairs terrace . So people understand as you enter the property you have the lounge area , kitchen and covered dinning area . On this floor is a bedroom and bathroom. “We had a wonderful week at Casa Volz. From there it is very easy by car to reach lots of rambling paths inside the island as well as many lovely sandy beaches. The house is very clean and fully equipped with anything you may need. The owner is very responsive and helpful. “Very clean, well presented. Lovely Roof terrace. The communal pool is perfect and the location is right on the beach with sea view from the roof top. Lots of your amenities are provided. My only suggestion would be air-conditioning. We’ve had a hot summer and it does get very warm at night time. Johnny was great to deal with too I’m communication was good. ”
