“We had a terrible experience with Professional Holiday Homes. Our holiday rental wasn't cleaned on time, and PHH offered unsuitable alternative accommodations. They promised a late checkout, but it wasn't honoured. Their rental agreement terms are unreasonable (see below), and they were difficult to contact. “Check in was easy, but once there, there was mice dropping on the bed, ants coming in and out of the bathroom door, the ensuite shower had water pooling outside of the shower so you’d be stepping into water and inch high, creating water damage at the base of the door frame, where the ants came in and out of. The mould in the ensuite was all over the ceiling. When I went to talk to the staff he was sarcastic and rude, it says the place is pet friendly but my partner and I found a dead rat outside...

“A beautiful character full house with all the imaginable amenities except for one - no aircon! We stayed at the middle of heat wave when temperatures reached 40 degrees and staying in the house was unbearable. Next day however the temperatures dropped to normal and we enjoyed it once again”
