“1) The gas stove in the kitchen wasn’t working at all except the smallest one on the front left. We reported it to someone while preparing for dinner but no one called us back throughout the stay. 2) The basin in the middle bathroom was clogged and we couldn’t find anything to fix it. 3) Couldn’t use the DVD player at all.”

“Wow what beautiful place that was so clean and spotless. Had everything you would need in the way of crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking equipment. The only disappointment was that there was no coffee or coffee machine. As a host myself I always leave coffee, tea milk in the fridge and some bread and butter. “ Very poor service from the property manager. Dishwasher did not work for the 13 nights we stayed. We told them on day one and chased them up a number of times to no avail. Excuse they gave was we can’t do anything until we contact the owner. Also refused to reimburse an agreed amount we paid in case we had visitors. The manager refused to do anything until we lodged a complaint. The house however was very nice and would have got 5 stars”
