“The house is very cozy. We enjoyed the screened in porch to be able to sit outside without bugs. We did use the fire pit two nights and made s’mores. I would agree with other reviews though. If you have mobility issues, there are a lot of steps down to the dock. The location of the dock is perfect. It’s a very quiet cove, and the kids swam every evening after boating all day. “My husband, daughter and I drove to Knoxville to move our daughter into her sorority house for move in weekend. The house was beautiful!! It was very clean, comfortable, and centrally located. It is only a 15 minute drive to campus or anywhere else you needed. We slept great, the neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. It was our top rated VRBO! We would give it a 10 out of 10!!
