“We arrived late but the room key was available in the vestibule so getting in was easy. The room was cute, clean and comfortable. It had a great shower and nice beds. We left before the office opened and the card I used to book was expired, but the staff that called to get the new card was very nice and understanding. ”

“Beyond words beautiful!! The setting is breathtaking and the cabin is perfect, just the right size and equipped with everything you need. The owner, Jim, was also incredibly kind and helpful….impeccable customer service and focus that you don’t tend to get anymore these days. They also have two beautiful wooden chairs by the river out the back door, which is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and absorbing this small piece of Heaven! 10/10, BOOK IT, you will not be disappointed!!! ”

“Our stay at Valley View was wonderful! The cabin was very comfortable and very clean. We explored the North Cascades and really enjoyed how close we were to the park. We also had a fine afternoon in Winthrop - such a cute western town! And the General Store bakery was just amazing!! We had the cardamon morning rolls every chance we could!”

“Our family of six including parents in their 80s had a magical time at the Happy Trails cabin. The log construction is beautiful and reinforces the cozy, warm feeling of the home. We've been staying in the Mazama area for the last 30 years and love being near the Country Store and all the Mazama area has to offer. The OSH pub is a welcomed addition to this special part of the valley. The star-gazing is second to none and the peacefulness is so welcomed. The sauna is a lovely treat as is access...

“Loved it. We came back from the Twisp market feeling like boiled lobsters and getting in the river up to our necks felt heavenly. Had that belly laugh feeling. Worth every dollar just for that. Everything else was incidental. But Susan was really friendly to us, so I guess I should mention she’s a great host. She made a trip to town for propane even though we said we weren’t going to barbecue. We could have changed our minds! ”

“The cabin was ready with lights and ac on since we arrived late. Very comfortable and well appointed kitchen and bathroom. Loved the setting under the pines. Deer greeted us in the morning coming right up to say hi. Owners were very friendly. Would’ve stayed longer but additional days already booked. Great place and we’ll be back.”

“Wonderful location and totally off grid. Beautiful and cozy cabin. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get away from city life and just enjoy. Driveway is a tight trail through the woods so not sure how winter time works. 2 lovely lakes and a very quaint town. Will definitely look to book again. ”
