“Our family of 6 spent a weekend there with plans to go hiking in the area. We were near enough to Ash Cave, Old Man's Cave and Lake Hope too. It was perfect for us! The former schoolhouse had lots of touches that appealed to me especially as a retired teacher. Really fun atmosphere. The amenities were just right. Beds and rooms were super comfortable. The outdoor seating with a grill and hot tub on the patio were used a lot on our stay! There was also a fire pit with 6 Adirondack...

“Beautiful cabin nestled deep in the woods with everything you could need. Just bring food and firewood for a quiet retreat away from it all. Four wheels drive is a must or all wheel drive. My wife and daughter enjoyed it just as much as i did. Thank you Popular Ridge!”

“Amazing place to stay. Cleanly, ample space, and great amenities. The water does run cold FYI if you’re planning on showering, but it’s not too bad. This place was really nice—I had a group of 6 and we felt that there was so much room. The property cat, Mr. Simmons, stole our hearts. We recommend!”

“The toilet did not work and no one came to fix until 4 hours prior. the air conditioner with frozen so not air flowed. The grill did not work and all they did is replace the propane tank when i explained the tubing was broken. ”

“Very nice. Clean, well furnished and great amenities! Loved the coffee and kitchen.Pizza Crossing is too close. Had to keep going over there to get snacks and pizza. :-) Gained five pounds....”

“This cabin was absolutely gorgeous. Very clean, very modern, and had everything we needed. Its location was perfect peaceful, close to state parks, yet close enough to town for grocery and other shopping needs. I highly recommend and would definitely vacation with this rental agency again. ”

“This property is BEAUTIFUL. They have done an excellent job decorating and updating and making sure there are fun things to do in the cabin. The hot tub was superb and we grilled for dinner and sat on the deck with the gorgeous scenery. I can not say enough good things. Owner was also so easy and quick with communication. Thank you for a great ladies night!! We will be back! ”

“Everything was as expected. Beds were very comfy. AC worked great ( it was very hot). Only thing I’d add would be some kitchen towels. I didn’t like drying dishes with a paper towel. ”
