Things to Note:

Private Property Notice: All guests must be respectful of the neighboring properties and their privacy. Guests may not enter neighboring properties, driveways, yards, or other private areas. Thank you for being considerate and helping us preserve the peaceful nature of this neighborhood.

NO central A/C at this property. The home does have 2 window AC units that can be installed during summer months

NO parties. No events. No fireworks. No pets allowed.

The fire pit may be used for small fires ONLY, and must be used outside of quiet hours (10pm to 8am). Fires must be small, contained, and attended at all times. The fire must be fully extinguished when not attended by guests. This is a tight-knit neighborhood, so please be mindful of noise and smoke at all times.

The garage is not accessible to guests for parking. Camp trailers and RVs are not allowed at this home. Parking is limited to two vehicles on the property. One vehicle in front of the garage and one next to the home where the designated parking sign is. Guests must plan accordingly and carpool if necessary.

This home has a public dock on the lake for summer use & is for Loading And Unloading "ONLY". Boats may NOT be parked at the dock. The beach is public. There will be public parking and public gatherings on the docks and beach. Guests must respect quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM.

All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.

This home has a two-night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3- or 4-night stay.

Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space.

All our properties have self-check-in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check-in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.

Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property.

Check-in is any time after 4 PM. Check out is at 10 AM.

The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.

This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.

DoneRight Management Vacation Rentals:

Your worry-free, DoneRight Management vacation rental is equipped with linens, towels, toiletry items, and kitchen essentials. To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided, where required, is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.

Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away.
