“This was a gorgeous setting. The house was very clean. well supplied, good neighborhood, very close to downtown. The only downside was I didn’t realize how steep and rugged the back of property was (down to river) and that it had no yard really. If it was just us older ones no problem; just made it harder for the 4 year old. If you do not have young ones, and are in good enough shape to hike down to the river, this property is so beautiful. I am 63 and could do it with a breather stop. ...

“Great location as we could walk everywhere we needed to go! The living area was very clean and comfortable. We could see ice cream alley right out our window. Only downside for us was that it was a little loud with traffic being right outside the bedroom windows and people laughing and talking below us. Would recommend bringing a noise maker or fan to help you sleep. ”
