Things to Note:
This building has exterior surveillance that records motion and sound. Cameras are on the exterior of the building facing entrances and parking areas.
The condo is located on the second floor, and this building has no elevator access. The interior stairwell is well-lit and secure.
No pets. No smoking. No parties. No events. No fireworks.
There is parking in a parking lot in front of the unit. Guests are responsible for reading street signs and parking accordingly. Please be aware, there is absolutely NO STREET PARKING overnight in the winter months.
Guest vehicles parked overnight on the street during the winter months will be towed – please park in the parking lot behind the building.
A public boat and trailer parking lot is located across from the Mile High Marina for guests with trailers.
This home does not have a BBQ.
This home has a two-night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3- or 4-night stay.
Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space.
All of our properties have self-check-in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check-in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.
Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property.
Check-in is any time after 4 PM. Check out is at 10 AM.
The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.
This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.
All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.

Your worry-free, DoneRight Management vacation rental is equipped with linens, towels, toiletry items, and kitchen essentials. To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.
Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities, and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away.
