“Clean room and friendly staff”

“I had a very disappointing stay at Clarion Pointe. When I checked into my room, the sheets were visibly dirty and looked like they had not been properly changed. I immediately notified the front desk, but instead of offering a different room or coming to inspect the issue, the manager simply handed me clean sheets and expected me to change them myself. “The staff especially the breakfast buffet staff were friendly and accommodating. The only thing I would like you to add back is the coffeemate creamer variety coffee creamer. I would stay at property again.”

“Clean room and staff was very social and helpful. breakfast was normal fair. Side note this hotel is literally on i75 so be prepared for alot of highway noise. It did not bother me but 75 is literally within reaching distance of hotel.”
