Our extended family of 13 had a wonderful time ringing in the New Year at this amazing Massanutten home. The game room, movie theater, sauna and hot tub were a big hit with young and old. All the amenities, the fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and cozy living room made it hard to get our group out the door for our planned snow activities.

It was ok power went out for hours had to go out to eat and see and house got cold then couldnt adjust heat to compensate for being off for hours which meant we had to browse at stores instead of being at house. Finally bought flash lights and wood for outside fire but then neighbor call police even though we had it in firepit with spark arrester on it so alot of hickups last day and night. Asked for check out from 10am to 12 or 2 seems we were out half day and night never got back to us on it.

I would give this place 100 stars if I could. From top to bottom everything was absolutely perfect for our stay. Erika and Germain thought of absolutely everything you would need to have the perfect care free stay. This home was the most stocked rental our family has ever stayed at and really it was so appreciated. As a very busy full time working nurse traveling with incredibly busy family it was so thoughtful and helpful to have stocked beverages, care items, cleaning products, trash bags, soap, towels, hair dryers, extra soft blankets and paper items. The robes and slippers were a lovely touch. Not to mention how comfortable the beds were, omg. The pillows, sheets, comforters and mattresses were all so soft. I got the best sleep and everyone in the house said the same. The entire party thoroughly enjoyed the game areas, I mean truthfully we were never board. It was the perfect mix for all ages too. From ski ball to poker tables. I was so happy that everything was functioning properly too. The theater room was perfect for our spooky Halloween night complete with movie theater quality surround sound. The jacuzzi and sauna area was my personal favorite. Everything was very clean and easy to use. The fit pit was a very close second and perfect for a decent group of adults. The outside deck area also stocked with outdoor games was a nice surprise. What I loved most is what was advertised is what you got and then some. BOOK NOW! We will absolutely be back!!!

Wonderful home!

The owners thought of everything! Plenty of space for family and friends. The only issue was to stay at the house and enjoy what it had to offer or explore the area! I appreciated the the communication throughout our stay to make sure we didn't need anything. You won't regret your decision to stay here!

Amazing home

Excellent vacation. The owners thought of everything: hot tub, sauna, EVcharger, plenty of games and entertainment for everyone , coffee bar with supplies. The house was as good if not better than the pictures. The one minor issue was fixed with quite prompt response from the owner. Much appreciated.

kids getaway- OK but things to know

We were a bit disappointed, the basketball hoop game was not working and that’s why the kids picked the house. Some of the pots and pans were dirty, limited kitchen serving and cookware. Note the games are in the garage and there is no heater in there.

Perfect for wide range of ages

Mountain weekend

The house was great. It had a ton of amenities. We loved the hot tub, sauna and all the amenities. Only comment would be maybe add some extra blankets in closets for the amount of people the house can sleep. But all in all great communication and great experience with the house.

Fantastic Family Fun!

This beautiful, spacious property in a woodland setting offers everything you could ever want to fit family enjoyment, ftom pool to cornhole to arcade games to karaoke! Add in the full resort amenities at Massanutten Resort (pools, water park, hiking , recreation etc) and there is SO MUCH to do. Yes there are day use fees at the resort, but you can pick and choose what your group wants to try. We had a blast!

JMU football getaway

Family from VA, Connecticut and North Carolina gathered for a football game getaway weekend. We enjoyed reuniting at this wonderful retreat!!! Games, wine by the fireside, great conversations and memories made. Plenty of space for this party of 9 adults and 5 kids from infant to teen!!! Didn’t have to make beds or run out for the basics!! House was clean and stocked with coffee, tea, half & half, cleaning supplies for dishes. We were pleased and overwhelmed by the generosity of the homeowners. Family plans to rent again soon for Friendsgiving!!!!
