“We had a fun event to attend at Lydia Mt so it made sense to stay the night. Our room was fine; dusty with many cobwebs on all of the stuff. Additionally, there was no coffee in our room- just an empty basket. The rooms are far too cluttered and dark. Must be a nightmare to clean.”

“This was our first time staying at the property, and overall we thoroughly enjoyed it and would consider returning. The room was very nice and clean, and the views and location were unmatched. Our only complaint was the check-in process was odd, we did not see a single staff member the entire stay, and the “self check in” could have been explained a little better. “We enjoyed our stay. However, there were a few hiccups along the way. We arrived at 5:45 and our door code did not work. I called the number listed in my email, one listed on the front door, plus texted the emergency number. It took 30 minutes to get a response. It was just a bit disconcerting to not have staff available, both to address typical needs or in case of an emergency. This also made us uncertain about overall security.”
