“Comfortable & close to the slopes. A VERY short drive. Loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. Very well-stocked kitchen. The gas fireplace kept us warm & toasty after skiing.”

“The online information and email confirmations said check in was 3. When I went to the front desk to check about early check in I was told no check in before 5 and the rooms were not going to be ready any earlier than 5. Finally got to check in and it was not the room I had put in for. Was expecting 2 Queen beds open room and it was a different layout of a room no windows, tiny sitting room with a murphy bed. There were someone’s clipped toe nails on the floor and the sink was backing up. But...

“The room was comfortable however, our room was not ready for check-in at 3 PM and we were not able to get into our room until close to 7 PM. The staff did not keep us updated and told us they had no idea when our room would be ready. The property itself feels dated and has a dirty feeling to it. The staff were not overly friendly or entirely helpful when it came to check in or finding our rooms or getting dinner. We will likely not stay again at the resort as a result of our experience.”
